Gear Shaper Cutters offered comprise precision designed and engineered range of shaper cutters that are profile ground by generation method in class “A” accuracy. These are developed using M35 (6/5/2 with 5% cobalt) & ASP2030 which is further treated through hardening & tempering up to 65/66HRC. Further, we can also make these shaper cutters for gears available in customized specifications as demanded by the customers.
