One of the last series of Oztekfen, Monobloc type reducers, are made of Gg22 material, and body strength and aesthetic is main feature of them.The curtain in the body improves the strength of the body and jagged strength. Also provides a more silent workling due to beddings on it.21NiCrMo2 is used in whole jagged wheels of our reducers, and cementation and normalization are applied on all jagged groups.All reducer bodies and jaggeds are made in modern CNC machines by considering Quality Management System.By grinding the jaggeds in these series, high performance and silent working is provided for our reducers.These type reducers are manufactured in 13 different size of MRA-003 upto MRA 973.
