Construction :

• installation_vertiConductor - Solid annealed bare/tinned copper wire of 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7 or 0.9mm.Other sizes on customer’s request.
• Insulation - PVC/Solid polyethylene/Nylon. Single coloured conductors have fully color-coded insulation. Bi-coloured conductors are produced by printing of coloured rings on the coloured insulation.
• Cable Assembly - Components are assembled in concentric layers or in units for higher pair sizes.
• Core Wrap - One or more plastic tapes.
• Screen - If required, pairs/triads/quads can be individually or overall screened or both. Screening by Copper/Aluminum Mylar Tapes with minimum 30% overlap.
• Drain Wire - If required, solid tinned copper wire of 0.5 mm.
• Outer Sheath - PVC Black/Grey.
