GETTING BIG IS MANDATORY

True story, this was my motto when I first started in the gym. Going hard in the paint, iron 45lbs plates rumbling together, chalk hand-prints on the barbells. If getting bigger I hear it all the time, I can’t get bigger or I cannot put on weight. When you give yourself an option or an excuse than yeah probably you can’t. When it’s MANDATORY and you say to yourself, this is going to happen, I am going to make sure of this, THEN IT GETS DAMMIT DONE! It’s not an option it is Mandatory.
