The washing, filling and capping integrated in one machine (3-IN-ONE) is used in producing all kinds of soda drinking beverage.
1.The suspending bottle-neck clamping design is available in machine, which ensure the
bottles are stable at high speed status. Such design avoids many malfunctions caused by thinner body or different height of bottles.

3.Integrated the technology from Germany and ltaly which has the character of fast filling speed and accurately control of the liquid level. And also adopts advanced auto-washing technology. Such as: when no bottles available, the filling valve won’t work. While when bottle is broken, the filling valve will be closed automatically.
4.Magnetic torque is used for screwing caps, the power of screwing cap can be adjusted infinitely variable speed, which has continuous power to screw the plastic caps.
5.Horizontal swirling air pressure caps sorting device is used to avoid to damage the surface of caps.
6. The human-machine interface touch-screen and PLC available in such machine, which has the character of automatically control liquid level, non-filling & non-capping when no bottle available
7.The frequency changing technology available which has the character of speed steplessly.
Also has the function of digitally display the production capacity and can be adjusted conveniently.
8.All parts that have directly contacted with water are made of SUS304 stainless steel. The critical electronic components are from Mitsubishi (Japan),etc
