Glass Mould Cleaning System

ORION ULTRASONIC’S has developed, an innovative, faster molecular cleaning system Compared to existing traditional sand blasting process, Having 7 tank process, With high power ultrasonic, this is containing alkaline & mild acidic chemicals
The entire system including material handling / baskets etc is controlled by PLC. Advantages is saving the raw material due to unchanged dimensions of the mould cavity & maintain smooth flow of forming glass inside the mould, if compared with altered roughness of mould due to sand blasting.

The cleaning process is short & simple, No manual labour required, an operator is not required when the machine is cleaning the mould, high level of cleanliness, No abrasion of precise edges and surfaces gives longer mould life, same system is suitable for small & large moulds, reduce maintenance down time.
