Glue Spreader Machine is widely used in the all types of plywood (panel), ply, block board & woodwork manufacturing companies to spreading the glue uniformly on the core veneer & face veneer. We have manufacturing this machine with the use of discovered engineered technology of international standard level for increasing your glue utilization, perfectly spread minimum glue consumption and prevent wastages. Evenly our glue spreader machine helps the veneers stick rigidly precise, because we using leading quality rubber glue rollers.Our machine simple in working and machine is fitted with four rubber glue rollers.

Rubber glue rollers are fitted with double ball bearing brackets. In this machine also has a stainless steel tray for excess amount of glue collection. This machine’s can easily maintenance, the rubber glue rollers are able to move forward and lift up by handle & cylinders. Easy operation, rubber glue rollers are adjustable according to customer’s need. Our glue spreader machine can be easily cleaned out from the rubber glue rollers and glue residual.

We have manufacturing this machine in three models SEC-GSM 36” (1000mm), SEC-GSM 56” (1400mm), SEC-GSM 108” (2750mm). We are also manufacturing glue spreader machine for decorative and shuttering plywood according to our customer’s requirement....
