Some machines require the user to kneel or bend forward and extend one leg backward against resistance.
How It Works:
Position yourself with one leg on the platform or kneeling pad and the other foot placed on the footplate or roller pad.
Hold the machine’s handles or grip points for support.
Extend your leg backward and upward in a controlled "kicking " motion by contracting your glutes.
Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
