* Grinding wheel spindle is made of hardened alloy steel & runs on Phosphorous Bronze bush for rigidity, fine finish & accuracy. Grinding wheel spindle lubrication is fully automatic & bushes are adjustable for longer life of Grinding wheel head.

* Control wheel spindle is made of hardened Alloy Steel & runs on Phosphorous Bronze taper bush bearings, fitted with self adjustable mechanism. Control wheel spindle & Worm gear runs in oil bath for longer life.

Seperate dressing slides are for Grinding wheel as well as for Control wheel.

* Fixed Grinding wheel head for maximum rigidity. Control wheel head is fixed on wide & rigid main slides to avoid vibrations.

* The Main slide mounted with regulated wheel, work rest and truing device can be swiveled about a horizontal axis in either direction for Quick & Accurate Parallelism between the face of the Grinding wheel and that of the Control wheel for producing true cylindrical work.

* The machine can be equipped with long bar feeding attachment.
