interested buyer with the following condition to any choice of refinery you 

may demand

1, buyer or his representative comes to mali to inspect the gold and

make primary test at government laboratory dngm.

2, buyer pay for the local smelting of $100usd per kg to transform the

gold dust to gold bar for legal exportation.

3, buyer and saller will pay for the insurance cost of 4% to export the gold from mali

to his designated refinery either in your country or any of your choice of 

refinery you like

4, buyer financier will pay for the government tax, custom fees,

document, administration ((7%)& air freight cost to export the gold to

buyer refinery.

5, buyer and seller or his representative will fly with the gold from

mali to buyer refinery in  for assay.

6, buyer will deduct the previous expenses of 4% insurance and local

smelting charges from the gold cost and pay the balance money by wire

transfer to seller nominated bank account.
