pOLYMER (NBR/PVC BLENDS) is manufactured by Om Sai Polymers, Haryana, India which was formed in 2001. We have been manufacturing NBR/PVC BLENDS since then and catering to the rubber as well as plastic industry.
Om Sai Polymers is certified ISO 9001:2008 (PCMS/QMS/1448-2015) organisation by JAS-ANZ, hence the Quality is controlled from the very beginning, from the procurement of raw materials, and is continuously controlled till the end of the process. Careful weighing and processing of formulations guarantee uniform quality and consistency of the finished product.
Today OM SAI POLYMER is widely accepted all over and has maintained a consistent quality. POLYMER imparts excellent oil, ozone, abrasion and solvent resistance along with a smooth and glossy surface finish to the products. Special grades of POLYMER are also offered to give low-temperature resistance, low hardness compounds, fuel ‘C resistance, flame retardancy, anti-static properties. The world’s opinion towards Polyblends is changing, as it has the ability to give finer and stronger materials with unique properties for a better finish and higher durability.
Polyblends of Nitrile Rubber with Poly Vinyl Chloride are now replacing conventional rubbers like Nitrile Rubber, CR (Neoprene), EPDM, etc. in most applications. NBR / PVC blends, with different grades and ratios of Nitrile rubber, PVC and Plasticizers have overcome the short-comings of Nitrile rubber in Ozone resistance, Short-comings of CR (Neoprene) in cost, Oil & Fuel resistance & the inadequacy of EPDM in oil resistance.
Furthermore, the Polyblends also have unique properties in being flame retardant and solvent resistant. These formulations are now being accepted and are replacing the conventional Polymers due to its reliability and low-cost substitution.
POLYMER is used as a raw polymer in rubber products and it provides excellent resistance to Oil, Fuel, Weather, Ozone, Abrasion and Low-temperature flex cracking resistance, therefore directly replacing Polychloroprene (CR), Nitrile (NBR) and EPDM rubbers in most applications.
POLYMER bands exceptionally well on the mixing mill and compounds remarkably on internal mixers. POLYMER has high filler and oil absorption properties to achieve excellent dimension controls on Extrudates and Moulded products.
POLYMER offers a wide range of different grades in various ratios of NBR with PVC and other additives. Custom made grades can also be made as per the specific demand.
