PROCEDURE:
Buyer pays for cost of shipment from Ghana to it refinery or destination before Shipment .After Buyer have wire the cost of shipment to Supplier. Supplier pay and obtain all export documents stated below for the gold to be shipped to Buyer's refinery / destination .After shipment and final assay at Buyer's refinery , Buyer wire the final payment to Supplier's account .The cost of shipment will be deduct from the final payment .

1.6 Proforma invoice
1.7 Customs ( Export Duty)

PAYMENT TERMS
Buyer shall pay 10% out of the total value of the goods to Supplier's account before shipment. After shipment and final assay at Buyer's refinery, within 72 hours. Buyer deducts the 10% down payment from the final payment and the remained 90% will be paid to Supplier's account.
We shall consider it a privilege entering into a long and lasting business relationship.
