Gold Ore Crushing, Screening and Conveying
Primary crushing, tertiary crushing equipment like jaw crusher, cone crusher, VSI crusher is used to break the larger rocks down to a size suitable for transport on the conveyor.
Rubber belt conveyor transports the crushed gold ore and waste rock approximately to the grinding mill and waste disposal area.
Gold Ore Grinding and Sizing
Grinding and size classification to reduce the ore down to a fine particle size.
Gold ore is stockpiled at the grinding mill before being fed into a ball mill with lime, water and steel balls. The larger particles from this mill are returned to the ball mill for more grinding. The finer particles receive more grinding in the ball mill, and sizes are classified to give a final product of 80%
