Whenever crane cannot be installed on building column / gantry this type of cranes are preferred where the rail is fixed at ground level. These are most suitable for Outdoor application. Best suitable in places where mounting of cranes are not possible on building structure. These canes can be installed indoors and outdoors. The hoist can reach spaces outside the support legs with the help of extended main girders. Parking brakes are available in outdoor duty cranes for safety purpose. Theses cranes can be supplied in single girder or double girder option depending on requirement of capacity, lifts, speeds and overhangs. Semi-Goliath cranes is a combination of EOT & A-frame crane. The main girder is attached to the end carriage on one side and a support leg On the other side. It runs on a fixed rail. These cranes are suitable for medium weight lifting applications.
