Grain Dryers

Our company may propose continuous flow grain dryers of our own design with capacity from 2 to 100 tph, that use natural gas, lpg or solid fuel (straw, firewood etc.). Dryer lineup is about 30 items and more than 90 equipment configurations, which allows selecting the dryer that best fits to your production requests. Our company is a manufacturer, that is why all of our client desires are considered at design and production stages.
Dryers feature:
high quality stainless steel outer and inner screens, which result in much longer dryer lifetime compared to dryers with galvanized screens.
Specially designed software controls all of the dryer technological processes during grain drying that allows decrease labor expenses and result in lower net cost of final product. All dryer operation data is displayed and modified on the touchscreen lcd display: discharged grain moisture (option), drying plenum temperature, grain temperature, burner parameters, security system messages. The control panel may be installed up to 50 meters away from the machine.
Siemens™ and schneider electric™ electrical components are used in production of dryer power box and control panel.
High efficient economic two-stage low fire burners and durable axial fans are combined into one unit.
Sophisticated security system is installed on every grain dryer. It controls all operation processes or the machine and provides corresponding safety for staff and equipment.
Seed grain drying is possible due to a fuel supply control system, which allows to strictly hold defined drying temperature mode up to 1 degree Celsius.
