Granular activated carbon is made from strictly selected coal by using special technology. It features highly developed pore structure, large specific surface and ,great hardness, wear and impact resistance. It has fast adsorption velocity and high adsorption capacity and, consequently, is in favor of adsorption of organic solutes, free chlorine, so it is a good adsorbent for the advanced treatment of municipal drinking water, water dechlorination, decolorization, sewage treatment and industrial wastewater treatment.
