Coconut Shell Based Activated Carbon

Our Activated carbon products are made from selected shells of coconut to ensure the highest quality during the manufacturing process. By maintaining high quality control standards, the customer is able to achieve high adsorption of their molecular impurities. Coconut carbon is especially effective in removing trace organic compounds such as pesticides.
Our products have the following advantages over many other types of carbon:
High hardness levels and low dust levels. This improves material handling characteristics and is especially important where carbon fines cannot be tolerated.
High surface area, up to 1400 m2g. This allows for long life and high adsorption capacity.
High retentivity, preventing unwanted desorption of adsorbed species.

Low ash and fewer impurities.
Coconut shell activated carbons are ideal for gas-phase applications and for liquid-phase applications where purification to trace concentrations is required. Activated carbon exported by us are used in many domestic and industrial applications. Any other different grades like acid washed water washed pH adjusted impregnated carbon can be exported as per customer request to meet precisely their specific requirements.As standard our carbon is packed in 25kg small bags and 500kg big bags with sealed inner polyliner designed to maintain the product quality and prevent degradation under normal storage and handling conditions. Special packing as per customer requirement is also available on request.
