1. High Shear Mixer Granulator (HSMG)

   • For rapid mixing & wet granulation

   • Capacity: 5L to 25L (customizable)

   • SS316 contact parts, top-driven chopper & impeller

2. Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD) – Lab Scale

   • For efficient drying of wet granules

   • Compact model with trolley base

   • Top-mounted blower with HEPA filtration (optional)

3. Oscillating Granulator

   • For size reduction and granule formation

   • Stainless steel construction, adjustable screen

4. Multi Mill (Lab Model)

   • For fine particle sizing & wet/dry granulation

   • Multiple speed settings, interchangeable screens

5. Double Cone Blender / V-Blender (Mini)

   • For final dry blending of granules with excipients

   • Gentle mixing to preserve granule integrity

6. Sifter (Vibro Sifter – Lab Model)

   • For classification & de-lumping of granules

   • 12” to 18” dia. mesh sizes as required

7. Control Panel

   • Centralized or individual control with timers & safety interlocks
