Graphite Alcohol Based Coatings

Suspension properties are excellent which ensure uniform coat of wash during application. Our Graphite Alcohol Based Coatings are based on selected refractory materials, which ensure that there is no metal and mold reaction during solidification. The Graphite Alcohol Based Coatings are blended with binder and suspension agents in such a way that they are readily mixed with carrier to form a homogeneous mix with good suspension properties. The Graphite Alcohol Based Coatings do not have tendency to ferment. In case of alcohol base coatings, after application, the surface of the mold/core is ignited for final drying.

Application : Product is used for all green sand, CO2 set and resin bonded sand moulds and cores. Suitable for spraying, brushing types of applications. Product is specially formulated to ensure high refractory, non wettable and non reactive coating layer with optimum application properties to ensure an excellent casting finish.
