Graphite Seal Ring

Purpose for this product: 24 pieces constitute a round seal ring in diameter 2400mm. It is impregnated with resin. It is used for hydraulic turbines in water turbogenerator.

Speciality of raw material: high mechanical strength, good wear resistance and self-lubricating.
Main product for this series: graphite seal ring, graphite bearing, graphite lubricaing column, graphite vane, graphite mechanical seal parts impregnated various metals of resins.
Main purpose for this series: they are mainly used for vacuum pump and compressor, also used as lubricatie parts in non-lubricant oil mechanical equipment.
Impregnated materials: we can impregnate the graphite with the following materials: silver, copper, antimony, aluminium alloy, babbitt, furan resin. Please contact us for the details of the performance of each impregnation.
