Graphite Sintering Mould For Diamond Tools

Series name: this product belongs to series for sintering mold of diamond tools.
Main purpose for this series: it is mainly used for sintering diamond segment in diamond tools making industry.
Specciality of raw materials for this series: high temperature resistance, good oxidation resistance, high mechanical strength. Properties depends on different products. Usual properties are as follows:
density: 1.74-1.80 gcm3, open porosity: 10-15%, compression strength: 60-80 mpa, flexural strength: 30-40 mpa, ash: 0.1-0.2 %.
Main products of this series: graphite component moulds, clay mould, graphite caliber ring for petroleum drill bit and graphite nozzle rod.
