Green Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant
HZS100 and HZS150 green mobile concrete mixing plant developed by South can meet the construction requirements in new-normal condition. Based on its 20-years experience in mixing, South developed this mobile, install-rapid and green mobile concrete mixing plant. It has advantages such as safety, stability, environmental protection, energy-saving and intelligence.
Features:Overall-pull design makes it drive on the high-way and easy to move.
It is quick to install. It only takes 3 days to install the main plant for the first time and it only takes 1 day to install when moved (powder tank is exclusive)
The water-gate, gas circuit and electric circuit in the mixing plant all use quick coupling. The mechanical structure uses plunger and can be installed quickly.
The main body only requires harden ground. The power tank and grading station are equipped with steel structure. The basic steel structure is chain and can be disassembled to move.
03 Filler Measuring System:Connecting big end and small one can avoid the influence the spiral have on filler.
Reasonable permeability design can balance filler pressure effectively avoid impacts on measurement.
Rough and precise measurement can automatically add lose and remove the extra ensuring measurement accuracy.
Independent admixture weighs and adds in advance and adding later are both feasible.
Pulsed-wave model bag filter can remove 99.9% of the dust and the maintenance fee is low.
Large-draft fan exhaust can balance the pressure of systems in the building and ensure the calculation and measurement precision and discharge speed.
The JS/SUN mixer can be applied to all kind of production process.
07 Dust Removing System:The mixer is designed to be environment-friendly, with built-in pulse electrical dust remover which can effectively reduce dust exhaust. The equipment body is closed, with environmental protection. The space of the main frame is broad and it is easy to move and maintain.
08 Intelligent Control System:There are three ways to operate including automatic, semi-automatic and manual, making the production control is easier.
Monitor production in real-time and all rounds.
Report can be classified, collected, inquired and customized.
Production data can be found by Cloud. Remote service is timely and fast.
