Fresh tealeaves are directly steamed or dried in dryer to stop oxidation process in Green Tea, so it is called un-oxidized or unfermented tea. The process retains many of the polyphenols, catechins and flavonoids that are associated with health benefits of drinking green tea. The liquor appearance is lemonish yellow with bitter sweet, nutty, floral and vegetal taste.
