Toxic Gas Transmitter 1000D is a series of direct use sensor-transmitter combination units housed in weatherproof (IP65) enclosures. Alternately, Toxic Gas Transmitter is also available in FLP version suitable for hazardous areas (IIA/IIB). Toxic Gas Transmitters are designed for standard two wire operation where the output is supplied via the same wire pair as the power supply. The external circuit loop is connected to the Toxic Gas Transmitter through a screw terminal connector. The units are supplied pre-calibrated for the specified range, and the sensitivity of the device should not drift by more than 2% of full signal per month. Some sensors have cross interference effect of other gases. It is important to specify air composition to help choose appropriate sensor for the Toxic Gas Transmitter.

• Controller must have a loop shunt resistor
