The CNC 10 axis wire forming machines comes without rotary. It allows only limited tools to get connected and ensures the operation. It helps to design and develop simple output forms. The CNC forming machine manufactures a variety of springs and wire forms. The machine meets the industrial needs at a higher rate of production. Input Materials: Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Brass, Bronze, Carbon Steel, Cold-Rolled Steel, Copper, Nickel, Titanium, etc. Then the input wire ranges from 0.3mm to 2.5mm in diameter.

The machine receives the input material via the decoiler unit. The capacity of the decoiler if of about 60Kg to 2000Kg. Then it sends to the straightening part and, hence, the wire straightened. Then the feeder roller proceeds and, hence, it traverses to the quill axis. It then takes up the process of wire forming, which includes bending, holding, quilling, and softening process if required. On the basis of the customer requirement, the process and the tools vary accordingly. The Spring forming machine uses the bending tool as per the requirement. Finally, output formation takes place. If the customer requires rotary action for 10 and more than 10 axes models, then the 12 axis forming machineis used.

The 10 axis CNC spring forming machine produces the wire forms with Japanese Servo Motors and a CNC Programming Unit. Hence, the complete control of the machine comes under the CNC controller unit.
