Grid Casting Machine

Application: used to make the Pb-Sb or Pb-Ca grid
Composition: main casting machine, mould, cooling water tank and control system.
Performance & Features
○ The casting machine can automatically finish the temperature controlling, lead supplying, casting, trimming, collecting and scrap returning.
○ The main machine is mechanically operated.
○ The temperature of the lead melting pot, lead pouring ladle, lead pump and mould is controlled intellectually. The temperature of the mould is controlled by the electric heater and cooling water system.
○ The speed of the main machine is controlled by the step less regulator, the closing/opening of the mould is manually/automatically operated. The time and speed of the closing/opening of the mould is adjustable.
○ The ladle is shield by gas flame to prevent alloy oxidization.
○ The stackers for trimming and storage are adjustable to cut and collection different types of grids.
