Metal Grizzly Feeder, Power Source : Vibration Motor

Vibrating grizzly feeder is a kind of linear direction feeding equipment. The vibrating grizzly feeder is widely used to match the crushing and sieving equipments in many industries including metallurgy, coal mine, mineral dressing, building material, chemical, grinding, etc .The Vibrating Feeder has been used to transfer the large size materials and granular materials from hopper to receiving device uniformly, periodically and continuously in the production flow and to feed materials into the crusher continuously and uniformly also to screen the materials in the sandstone production line.

Vibrating feeder consists of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator, motor vibrating device and motor. The vibrator is made of two eccentric shafts rotating at high speed at the same time from opposite directions, thus the strong centrifugal force is formed.

When installation, the two gears must be jogged according to the sign. Through drive of the motor, the two eccentric shafts start rotating to produce a linear huge power which forces the feeder to vibrate. Through the vibration, The materials will slip and sling on the funnel, moving forward, when the materials pass the screening part, smaller parts will fall down, avoiding the further crushing, so screening purpose can be reached.Vibrating feeder can be used in these areas such as metallurgical industry, coal mining industry, mining-selecting, building, chemical and grinding industry, etc.
