GRP DIESEL TANK

These tanks are specially made to withstand chemical resistance. Also available in various capacities from200 U.S Gallons to 20000U.S Gallons. These tanks are leak proof, corrosion and rust free.

• Finish: Internal Surface Smooth gel coat mould finish.
• External surface top coated wax added rough finish.
• Color: Black Pigmented.
• Manhole & Cover: Built-in GRP Manhole Frame with GRP Manhole Cover. Size: 500mm Dia. The GRP Manhole Cover is heavy duty.
• Top Hat Ribs: Tanks have built-in GRP top hat ribs. These ribs provide additional strength and resist deformation. No internal stiffeners are used.
• Pedestals: GRP pedestals are externally laminated to the tank body. GRP pedestals are separately molded and are strong enough to support the weight of the tank. As the pedestals are externally laminated to the tank body, the tank can be completely drained out.
• Fittings: Tanks have special strengthened areas for fittings as built-in shape as part of the tank. Tanks are provided with overflow, drain supply and delivery fittings. The fittings are of UPVC. The size of the fittings is specified in our drawing, as per the capacity of the tank. The tank shall have 2 No’s UPVC Air Vents for air ventilation.
