Design
Megha GRP employs engineers who are fully competent in the design and structural analysis of composite equipment, and use computer-aided design and finite element analyses to ensure that the equipment to be produced meets the project requirements.
Drafting
Before any fabrication begins, detailed drawings are submitted for approval and must be approved by the customer to avoid any misunderstandings.
Field Installation
For large field GRP/FRP/GRV piping systems & installations, Megha GRP sends crews around the world to provide field installation services.

After Sales Services
MFGIL-GRP Field Service Dept. plays a vital role in GRP product’s installation. Installation sites are visited occasionally by our well-experienced field services staff. Special visits are also made, as per customer’s request, to ensure that the product is installed as recommended by the manufacturer.
MFGIL’s after-sales service is not just limited to product installation. We also provide training to customer’s crew, site pipe hydro-testing assistance, and facilitate round-the-clock emergency service as and when required by the customers.

We have manufactured, supplied & installed more than 1000 KMs of FRP/GRP/GRV & GRE pipeline to various sectors successfully .
We have manufactured, installed FRP storage tanks to various sectors. We are certified with BIS product certification as per IS 12709 & IS 14402.
All the services that we provide are rendered under the strict supervision of our experienced professionals. We are catering to various industries such as chemical industries, thermal power plants, irrigation lines, drinking water supply, oil & gas sector, wind power, FGD’S, hydropower plants, marine industry, aerospace, etc.

Our Infrastructure
Since incepted in 2008, we have maintained a spacious and advanced facility, which is spread across an area of 11.5 acres. The facility is equipped with hi-tech machines such as two advanced continuous filament winding machines with capacity DN300 to DN2600 MM dia GRP pipes, helical winding machine with capacity 50 mm to 1000MM Dia GRP/ GRE pipes, etc. By using these hi-tech machines, our production capacity has reached up to 300 KM/ year. We also have advanced in-house testing facilities and R&D facilities required for GRP/ GRE/ FRP/ GRV pipes & fittings, chemical processing equipment etc.br />
