Gypsum Packing Machine

The VT CORP Electronic Packer Model “VTC-VIP” is a stationary valve type bag filling machine for packing easy-flowing powdery bulk materials into valve bags with a simultaneous weighing of the bulk material from 20 to 50 Kg. The bulk material is passed through a filling impeller into a valve bag with coarse and fine flow control. Simultaneous weighing of the filling process (gross system) ensures very high output of each filling station. The machine comes with a bag resting on a saddle during filling. It is therefore possible to use paper bags with only two layers without special valve reinforcement.
We created a microprocessor-based controller for filling and weighing units on packers, and as the first to launch the electronic stationary packer, we have played a significant role in that evolution.
