We manufacture and offer a range of premium quality Hammer Mill that is fabricated from S.S. & Mild steel materials. 
The major purpose of hammer mill is to shred material into fine particles. A hammer mill is essentially a steel drum containing a vertical or horizontal cross-shaped rotor on which pivoting hammers are mounted. The hammers are free to swing on the ends of the cross. The rotor is spun at a high speed inside the drum while material is fed into a feed hopper. The material is impacted by the hammers on the ends of the rotating cross and thereby is shredded and expelled through screens in the drum. 
We design and develop hammer mills in different sizes to ensure excellent crushing efficiency in diverse applications. 
Applications: 
Suitable for powdering grains, chemicals, herbs, minerals, spices, cattle feed, chemicals, oil cake, tea, coffee, crude drugs, molding powder, dry soap, charcoal and other products. These machines consume less power and operate on low temperatures.

This heavy-duty hammer mill is fabricated from high grade iron and stainless steel material. 
Hammer Mill Technical Details 
Swing hammer type with multi row of well-balanced special type of hammers mounted on heavy duty M.S. disc. All the wearing parts of the Hammer Mill Chamber & coupled Centrifugal blower are lined with replaceable M.S. lining plates. The main driving shaft (EN-8) runs on a pair of heavy duty self-aligning ball/rollers bearing fitted in dust proof bearing housings. The M.S. Hammers are of special type and are duly balanced and hard faced with special electrodes. The bottom half of the Hammer Mill has a special type of replaceable screen for required output size (fineness). A manual feeder is provided for regular feed. Cyclone Air Separator complete with connecting pipes and angle iron frame for cyclone. A static type dust collector top & bottom with angle iron frame to collect fines. Complete Hammer Mill with bottom cone M.S. channel Frame for its mounting fittings. Designed in accordance with international quality standards, they are widely used in various applications like: Spices,Activated carbon, cocoa, starch dyes, fine chemicals, gram flour, kaolin, pigments, sugar, animal feeds, carbon black, etc.
