Design Features
The test pump is very compact, light in weight and can be unbolted to carry easily. Stand is designed in such a way to keep on plane surface and operate without any foundation. Even in high pressure pumps no foundation is required. All the working parts are made of SS to stand the specified pressure. All joints are threaded so that any part can be replaced on the site easily.

How to Operate
The following instruction will help in smooth operation of the pump.

• Fill the tank with clean water only. If dust or other foreign particles enter the valves through water will result in pressure dropping.
• Before starting operation, the pressure release valve should be kept open and water should be allowed to drain out for a few strokes, then close the valve and build the required pressure. This is to remove air or else constant pressure cannot be maintained.
• Maximum length of the stoke can be used while beginning and should be progressively reduced when the pressure dropped.
• If the check valve is found disturbed and pump fails to develop pressure the valve seat should be cleaned or lapped if necessary.
• Suitable lubrication oil should be used to lubricate the plunger and ensure smooth operation.
• While keeping pump idle, apply lubricant oil and insert the piston fully in the cylinder so that water contents will not remain inside the pump and shall be free from rusting.
