 Hand painting on sarees is our specialty and we not only provide employment but also training to women from poor and lower-middle-class families. This saree is a mix of Tussar and Pure cotton with one thread strip of each one after other.  Tussar silk sarees are also known by the Sanskrit name, Kosa silk sarees. They are made from silk that is produced from silkworms that breed on wild forest trees, not mulberry trees. Tussar silk sarees are delicate and need to be dry cleaned only. Store them in muslin bags to allow the fabric to breathe.

We have 80% of our staffs as women and all from the lower middle class and poor families. The purpose is to generate employment and share profit. We are located in the outskirts of Kolkata City of West Bengal province on the Eastern part of India
