Semi-Automated Sheet Former Touch screen controlled with White Water Re-Circulation System, Pneumatic Sheet Press & Rapid Dryer mounted on a base table complete with accessories. The apparatus is equipped with automatic regulation of filling of water, air agitation, settling & drainage.

The couching pressure is adjusted by pressure regulator & timer. Fresh water or tank water supplied through pneumatic control valves which shut off automatically after reached to correct level. Stock is than added and agitated by air ring channel of the stock containers, settling and drainage action states automatically. The new cycle start after completion of one by pressing the start button on touch panel . The Provision for manual control of all parameters is also provided.
