We manufacture, export and supply Handmade Shellac. We make Handmade Shellac through complex procedures by mixing many chemicals in right proportion. Our Handmade Shellac is exported in many countries. For making Handmade Shellac, seedlac is poured into a big cloth bag. Then the cloth is placed in such a way that one end of it remains in front of charcoal oven while the other end attached to windlass is turned subsequently. The molten lac thus obtained is mixed with hot water. The workers employed for preparing Handmade Shellac take full care of heating the mixture so as to obtain a lac sheet of about 5’x4' with thickness of around 1/16†at its corner and 1/1000 of an inch at the center.
