Structure features :
In the production application, overhead hanger conveyor type shot blast machine has been accepted by many users. The unique design of impellers’ location makes sure the surface even the depression of the parts to be cleaned up. Chamber walls exposed against shot stream are equipped with exchangeable manganese wear-resistant plate or high hardness tool steel plate as liners. Blast cabin reinforced with profile steel is made from high strength welded structure.

The important machine componentsï such as blast wheel, abrasive circulationï magnetic and air combination separators and overhead monorail conveyor etc.ï have formed series. Blast cabin can be equipped with 2, 3 or more blast wheels to meet the requirements of different parts sizes and the productivity.

Design features :
Overhead hanger type conveyor system offer variety of possibilities of different optimal solutions to transport workpieces, thus greatly reduce the production cost. The unique design of conveyor such as manual drag chain, automatic chain and power & free chain can reach any further operation. Transportation changes or extensions without additional great cost. The parts’ cluster can be loaded outside blast cabin by means of hand, forklifts, crane, electric hoist or robot operation and then moves into blast cabin where all surfaces of parts are cleaned up during one passage. In small equipments, the parts’ cluster is driven by hook turning device to clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation thus without dead zone. Loop monorail transportation is suitable for parts sensitive to impact damage. Parts can go through several passes blast cabin along loop rail.

For each pass a different workpiece surface will be exposed to shot stream.
