We are offering hard chrome plated rod (piston rod). 1. size: 6-500mm 2. length: max 16m 3. steel grade: din ck45, 45#, 4140, jis 45c, stainless steel, etc. 4. tolerance: iso f7 5. chrome thickness: 20micron (min) 6. hardness of the chrome layer: 800hv (min) 7. roughness: ra ≤0.2u 8. straightness: ≤ 0.21000 9. supply condition: hard chrome plated hardened and tempered induction hardened 10. packing: anti rust oil to be spread on rod surface and each rod to be packed in paper roll and then in wooden case.
