ResposeIndia provides Hard Disk breaker as a simple standalone device. It is available either as a table top or a free wheeling device. This device is used for physically damaging a hard disk so as to render it completely unusable. Once a disk is damaged using Respose HDD breaker, it can never be used again.

Usually this is done for HDDs with bad sectors or for SSDs where magnetic data erasure is not recommended.

Customers generally use HDD breakers along with HDD Degaussers and data erasure software.
