Available in low-hydrogen, rutile, or basic coated variants to match different applications. Suitable for single-layer or multi-layer build-up on carbon steel and low alloy steel components. Operates on AC and DC (electrode positive) power sources. Produces stable arc, minimal spatter, and easy slag removal. Designed for flat and horizontal welding positions. Delivers crack-resistant and long-lasting hard surfacing with strong metallurgical bonding. Recommended for equipment like crusher parts, excavator buckets, ploughshares, mixer blades, and mill hammers. Some grades are grindable, while others are non-machinable and require surface finishing by grinding. Available in common diameters such as 3.15 mm, 4.0 mm, and 5.0 mm.
