Application scope
pzg harrow vacuum dryer of our company is suitable for drying the heat sensitive material, the material is easy oxidation under the high temperature, or the material is easy to harden during drying, and the material should be recovered the discharged steam during the drying. The material is powder after drying, so, it is more suitable for the material to get the powder final products, after make the drying, can be packed directly, no need make the broken. Harrow vacuum dryer can be suitable for the feeding material with 90% water content. The slurry type, paste type, power type, particles type or fibre type material can be made the drying. The final products’ water content can be reached 1%, even 0.5%.
Application industry: sludge treatment, raw material of lithium, pigment and so on.
二， working principle

This equipment is heated by the steam jacket indirectly, the water is heated to evaporate and was promptly pumping. Inside the dryer body, the teeth of harrow is driven by the shaft, it is designed a certain angle between the teeth and shaft. The main shaft rotating forward and reverse, make the material running in order to make the drying and discharging.
