There are several grades in Hastelloy alloy metals and all metals can be formed in flange shape.

We are manufacturing Hastelloy Flanges in all types like Slip on Flanges, Weld Neck Flanges, Long Weld Neck Flanges, Heavy Barrel Flanges etc. and these all Hastelloy Flanges are as per international standards and norms..

Hastelloy C-22 Flanges :

Hastelloy C-22 Flanges are high corrosion-resistant Ni-Cr-Mo-W alloy flanges with the best resistance in
oxidising and reducing media, as well as at high temperatures. Hastelloy C-22 flanges have applications in the areas of chemical industry, chlorine devices, waste water treatment systems, centrifuges, paper and pulp processing, Environment tech-nology equipment e.g. agitators, heat exchangers, pipe lines, exhaust gas cleaning systems in waste burning equipment and powerstations.

Hastelloy X Flanges:

Hastelloy X Flanges are Ni-Cr-Fe-Mo alloy flanges with first-rate oxidisation resistance and very excellent
mechanical properties up to 1200°c.. These flanges are applicable for hazardus chemical industries; catalyst, jet gas turbine engines and gas regulators, furnace equipments, conveyor rollers equipments etc.

Hastelloy C-4 Flanges :

Hastelloy C-4 flanges are high corrosion resistant Ni-Cr-Mo alloy flanges with the excellent thermal stability.
Applicable at working temperatures up to 400°c.. These flanges are being used in sewage processing, waste burning and flue gas desulfurizing equipments; chemical industries, pipe lines, flanged valves, centrifuges for neutralisers etc
