Simolex Rubber Corporation is a manufacturer and supplier of hatch seals, gaskets and hatch cover packing. Our hatch seals, gaskets and packings are widely used in demanding marine industry as a watertight gasket and seal, hopper barge gaskets. Chamfer on top two corners allow for a perfect seal in Navy and commercial watertight doors and hatches. Simolex’s hatch gaskets are made from ZZR-765 or A-A 59588 specification compliant silicone rubber. We manufacture extruded silicone rubber marine gaskets of many different sizes, hardness and colors. We are capable of manufacturing custom design hatch, marine gaskets and packings per custom requirements.
