HD Gantry

The HD gantry is designed to provide reliable and accurate welding solutions for the production of very large components such as excavators, containers and earth moving equipment. 
The robot has a huge working area, since the Z and Y beam travel paths (horizontal and vertical lift) are up to 2.5 metres and 3 metres long and the support pillars are more than 5 metres high.
The HD gantry is servo powered and fully synchronised with the robot controller to facilitate positioning of the robot for improved welding accuracy and easier programming. In twin and triple systems where multiple robots run on the X beam, the robots can work together or independent of each other.
