Surface Preparation
For all application surface should be clean, hard, free from grease, dust, oil, loose and other materials.
Method Of Making Bonding Slurry
Add 1.5 to 2 parts cement with 1 part Repair Mortar by volume and stir properly to make bonding slurry. 25 kg of Repair Mortar mixed with 50 kg cement may cover around 20 sq. mt depending upon surface.
Method Of Making Repair Mortar For Concrete Repair And Its Application
Take 50 kg cement and 150 kg sand mix properly. To this mix, add 10 kg Repair Mortar with 10 liter water to get Repair Mortar mixed mortar. Avoid using excessive water. Now, apply bonding slurry to the prepared concrete surface and apply on this wet coated surface Repair Mortar mixed mortar.
Method Of Making Waterproofing Slurry And Its Application
Take 2 parts cement with 1 part fine sand to 1 part Repair Mortar by volume and mix it properly to get clean creamy waterproofing slurry. Apply first coat on prepared damp surface by brush. After first coat turn dry apply second coat. Necessary curing is required on treated surface. 20 kg Repair Mortar mixed with 50 kg cement with 25 kg sand may cover around 30 sq. mt depending upon surface
