product description:

material of protection fish net: blue color, with 0.8 mm dia. 4 ply x3 strands hdpe twisted rope with mesh size 15*15 mm.

2. Personal nets or support mesh to fish net: hdpe blue color with 5 mm diameter, braided with mesh size 100x100 mm, with heat treated machine made knotting.

 3. Border rope: green color of 12 mm dia. 3 strands rope having minimum tensile strength of 6600 lbs.

 4. The border rope shall be manufactured out of high strength fiber, blend of polypropylene [pp] and high density polyethylene [hdpe].

5. The quality of ropes shall satisfy the manufacturing specifications as per is: 14929 for ‘blended rope of pp + hdpe’, is: 5175 for ‘only hdpe rope’ and safety net assembly arrangements as per is.

6. The ropes shall be manufactured from prime material.

7. The weight of 12 mm dia. Border rope shall be 14.5 kg/ 220 m length of rope with allowable variation in weight +/- 10%

.8. The test certificates for ropes shall be for tests carried out within last 6 calendar months and will be checked/ witnessed at manufacturer’s facilities.

9. Fabrication of safety nets shall be of knotted type hand woven for border rope and machine knotted for fish net and support mesh. The clear length of rope at every corner of safety net assembly shall be min 2.00 m to be provided, tie cord stitched with border rope provided for tying with holding system. Additional rope of min 1.00 m clear length shall be provided at every max 2.00 m length of safety net assembly tie cord stitched with border rope provided. The dia. Of rope provided at corners and additional at max 2.00 mm c/c or as required, shall be 12 mm .
