Product Details

Woven fabric is a textile formed by weaving. It is produced on a loom, and made of many threads woven on a warp and a weft. We offered PP HDPE woven Fabrics & Sacks. They are used for the purpose of making bags for cement bags, fertilizers, Bulk Packaging, food grains i.e. rice, wheat, chemical and flower. We manufacture these using high-in quality raw material, procured from the vendors of high repute. The whole manufacturing process of offered products is carried under strict quality controllers, for keeping international standards.
As been a pioneer in the HDPEPP Woven Fabric industry since1984. The group started with a capacity 300 MT p.a., and now has a capacity of 16,000 MT p.a. with the latest technology.
As these are recyclable and eco-friendly. we have a fully integrated production unit of HDPE & PP Woven Fabrics and Sacks. The production process goes as follows, with granules being the only outside purchase:

PRATAP GROUP was established in 1968, under the able leadership of Mr. J C Agarwal and Mr. S S Jindal. Ever since its inception, the company has grown in leaps and bounds. The Group came into being with the manufacturing of PVC Hose Pipes in 1972. Later, in 1984, it started manufacturing HDPE/PP Woven Fabrics and Sacks with an annual capacity of 300 MT. Since then, the group has increased its capacity to 16,000 MT. Today, the company also offers Liner Bags and BOPET Sequence Rolls.
In 1992, the Group ventured into the manufacturing of Texturised POY in Surat, Gujarat and further expanded the production in Daman, Gujarat. In 2006, the Group entered the Non-Woven market and has production capacity of 4,000 Tonnes of Spun-bond Non-Woven fabrics per annum.
The Group’s latest expansion to its product offering is that of Aluminium Composite Panels with a brand name PRATAPBOND, since 2011.
Mr J.C.Agarwal: (B.Com,LLB,FICWA,ACS) : Group Chairman, has got a long working experience with a very large Industrial houses. Currently he is the executive member of The Bengal Chambers Of Commerce and Industries, a prominent organisation of the Eastern India, associated with Chambers in the international level and various PHILANTHROPIC ISTITUTIONS. He is the PAST PRESIDENT of India Plastics Federation (IPF), an association representing PLASTIC INDUSTRIES of Eastern India.
Mr S.S.Jindal: (M.COM, LLB, DBM) : He is the co-founder of PRATAP GROUP. He is managing various day-to-day activities of the Group. He is associated with various chambers and Social Institutions.
Mr Sunil Agarwal : He has got 29 years’ experience in managing the entire production and marketing for the Kolkata operations. He supervises the product development, business development etc. He Is the Vice-President Of All India Flat Tape Manufacturers Association.
Mr Sudhir Agarwal : He has got 28 years of experience in the group. He Managed the Manufacture of Fan for USHA from 1987 to 1992. The Gujarat operations was set up under his leadership in 1992 and the group has achieved a good position. He is associated with many social institutions in Gujarat. Presently taking care of Kolkata unit.
Mr.Sanjiv Jindal : He is looking after day to day operations of the Group in Kolkata.He is associated with the group since 1990. He has a good grip on Finance, Marketing and Human resource management.
Mr.Vineet Jindal : He is associated with the group since 1996 and looking after the key areas of Product Development and other Technical aspect of the group.
