High Carbon Steel Headband

Materials of construction included high carbon steel, stainless steel, molybdenum impregnated nylon, and PVCnitrile, while fabrication involved processes such as punch press and four-slide forming. Assembly operations consisted of spot welding, adhesive bonding, and fastener installation. We implement rigorous quality checkpoints into every phase of the project, from first article inspection and in-process checks to a rigorous final assessment for dimensional accuracy, appearance, and functionality.
