The Shell and Tube Type Heat exchangers are available in various types and sizes. The bundles may consist of smooth tubes or finned tubes (Type: Trufin), straight or bent type (U-shaped), welded or expanded to the tube plates.

The Air Coolers have been designed for industrial process applications even under extreme environmental conditions. There are many fields of application including cooling of water, gas, oil, steam and fluids / mixtures of the process. To reduce the size and improve the efficiency of the exchange in the case of viscous fluids, it is possible to provide suitable turbulators inside the heat exchanger tubes. Furthermore, in particularly unfavourable conditions, the air coolers can be equipped with louvers, of automatic or manual control type. The cooling, in the induced and forced versions, is ensured by high-efficiency fan assembly designed to optimize energy consumption. The support structure for the tube bundle and the fan assembly are designed according to international standards and codes as required by the Customer, considering the conditions of wind and earthquake at the site of installation.
