Heat Exchanger Gaskets

AJRAM” branded metal jacketed gaskets contain a soft filler enclosed in a metallic material. The standard filler/soft filler generally withstands temperature upto 475 ~480 degree Centigrade. The soft filler for higher temperatures are expanded graphite, PTFE, Ceramic.

Generally metals used to manufacture jacketed gaskets are 304, 316, 321 and also Cu, Nickel, Monel , Inconel. The sealing filler provides good resilience to help sealing, while the metal jacket provides the suitable strength necessary for special application like higher pressure etc

These gaskets used widely in heat exchanger applications and also in Vessels, Valve bonnets, Pumps, Engines and Exhaust systems etc
