We offer a wide range of Heat Transfer Labels to the esteemed clients. These Heat Transfer Labels are widely known in the Garment industry for their innovative designs, and creative use of sparkling colors. Ideal for cotton, blends, polyester, nylon rib & lycra, this method of graphic transfer is one of most popular in the global market for the designing of t-shirts and other apparels. A heat transfer is printed on a material called velum and from there the clients can apply it directly onto the garment using a heat press. Iron can be used but it is recommended to use heat press as the quality of the print would be good and will withstand more washings.

Following Is The Method of Application Of These Heat Transfer Labels

Set pressure medium to heavy 30-40 PSI
Set temperature at 165-175 degrees Fahrenheit
Time 3-6 seconds for Hot Peel.
Time 10-12 seconds for Cold Peel.
These labels can be made in 100 % PVC Free and Phthalate Free.(Environmental Free)

The effect is so good that it would appear as if the label is printed directly on the garment.
